Shipping policy

 

Orders:

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Therefore, please be sure to check size, color, style, etc. when placing your order.

If you have any questions and or problems while placing an order please send an email to info@heartofworshipco.com.

Shipping & Handling:

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process Heart of Worship Co. ships all items within 3-5 days of receiving an order (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. 

Please expect a slight delay of delivery in your order if, your order has been placed during a holiday and or site blowout sale.  Orders are shipped via USPS. 

As a follow-up regarding your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you for delivery updates.

Heart of Worship Co. LLC is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. 

Returns:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES DUE TO SIZING ERRORS UNLESS WE INADVERTENTLY SHIP THE INCORRECT SIZE (DIFFERENT FROM THE SIZE INDICATED IN YOUR ORDER).

All valid returns are refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

Shopping Carts:

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item initially being listed as available.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise:

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please email us at info@heartofworshipco.com so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
