Shipping and Handling:

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process Heart of Worship Co. ships all items within 1-2 weeks of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Shopping Carts:

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item initially being listed as available.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise:

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call (631) 406-9667, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time, to speak with a customer service representative or email us at . We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
