Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process Heart of Worship Co. ships all items within 3-5 days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

As a follow-up regarding your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you for delivery updates.​ Heart of Worship Co. LLC is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. 

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item initially being listed as available.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES DUE TO SIZING ERRORS UNLESS WE INADVERTENTLY SHIP THE INCORRECT SIZE (DIFFERENT FROM THE SIZE INDICATED IN YOUR ORDER). All valid returns are refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY!

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
